Po kilku(nastu) dniach dostajesz maila z załącznikiem doc o treści mniej więcej:

Po opłaceniu podanej kwoty trzeba odczekać kolejne 2-3 tygodnie i dostajesz dokument, o który wnioskowałeś albo informację, że dokumentu nie udało się znaleźć.
A standardowa informacja po wysłaniu zapytania bez wypełnionego formularza brzmi tak:

Lithuanian State Historical Archives maintain vital records books of different religious communities and churches for the period of 1795–1940 and civil registry records for the period of 1940–2007. In order to conduct a search on birth / marriage / death record we need precise information: name, surname, religion (before 1940), year and place (village or town) of birth / marriage / death. The search is impossible if you do not specify the place and the year. We search for one record through the books of the period up to 5 years.
If you want to request a new search for the records, please fill in an application form "An application for documents confirming birth", "An application for documents confirming marriage", or "An application for documents confirming death", depending on what you need. These forms are available at http://www.archyvai.lt/en/application-forms.html. Please fill in a separate form for each certificate. Please mark clearly in the form what document you need – a certificate (in Lithuanian), a certified copy of the record, or a digital copy. After filling the form(s) in, you should send them to istorijos.archyvas@lvia.lt.
After we receive your application, we will inform you on whether it is possible to conduct a search for required records and specify the applicable charges."
