Upon further research it appears that Wasil's surname was Pawluk and Katarzyna's surname was Piotranka. I have found a record relating to one of their children Jakub Wasiluk (12/1814 Losice) which also mentions the name of 'Filipa Kondratiuka' is this person your relation?
