One of my Greatgrandmothers was Anna Kozłowska from Chyrów. She has brother Teodor born there in 1872 who dead in three months. Their father was also Teodor, but of course he was born much earlier.
I looked thru all available records (Family search, AGAD etc.)for Chyrów and didn't found ...

Would you be willing to share some more data? Kozłowski is one of the most common surnames in Poland. Katarzyna could also be Ksenia, but not necessarily. They sound similar but are not the same.
