I hope I posted this to the correct section. I live in USA and I need help with my family research. I only know a few words of Polish, but I have managed to research 3 grandparents families back to Poland.

Now I have had no luck researching the last family.

I need help researching my Lew family name from the Kresy region. From what I can find my great grandfather Marcin Lew was from Busk, east of Lwow. If anyone is willing to help me find the fate of my family that remained in Europe, I will help them with family searches here in America.

I am still willing to help with searches in USA. I have helped a few people from Poland find family here.

I did not get a response to my email that I sent about the website article for Busk.

I contacted the Archives in Warsaw, and they did a search for baptismal records for Busk. They did not find any records for my grandfather or my great grandfather. So now I do not know where they were born. I didn't think researching my surname would be this difficult.
One thing I have noticed is that I haven't found anyone in Poland researching the surname Lew

Can you tell me where can I find information about my family living in the USA.?
My great-grandmother Magdalena Kmiotek came to the U.S.A.with his brother James, about 1905 She worked in the area Linden (Elizabeth), as a waitress or kitchen help. There she met my great-grandfather John or James Tworzydlaka who worked in a sawmill. Magdalena married John (James) end was born in 1911.12.09 Angel, my grandmother. For the Polish they back in June or July of 1914, my grandmother whas when 3 years old. Months later the military came to the house and took grandfather in the war which did not come back.
I know all this information from the stories her grandmother (she died in 1999) since the communist era have tried to cover up the origin of his grandmother and destroyed all evidence of her stay in the U.S.A.
Where can I find information to support grandparents stay in the United States that is their marriage certificate or birth grandmothers Angeles.?
How can I find descendants of Jacob Tworzydlaka who did not return to the Polish?.

I have found my grandfathers Petition For USA Citizenship document. It is from 1927, and my grandfather was 36 years of age at this time. Listed on this document as place of birth is Zuszuw Poland. I think this should have been spelled Rzeszow???

1 other document from when my grandfather was 64 years of age it lists his place of birth as Zeszuf

Well, I was able to find my grandfather's place of birth. It is Kraczkowa.
