Can someone please tell me where in the archives the following types of documents are located?

These applications have pictures attached and I would like to search for Paprocki family from Sucha, Bialobrzegi, Radom, but I am not sure where in the archive these records are located. I tried searching in SEZAM but could not find them.

Sorry for so late answer, but "Savoir c'est pouvoir", so, we in PTG can tell you:

1. All records aged more than 100 years are in the Polish local archive.
2. All records aged less than 100 years are in the local USC - Urzad Stanu Cywilnego of every Polish gmina (administrative community), thus, if you mean this Sucha (historical name is Sucha Szlachecka - Noble Sucha):
