My name is David, I'm searching different name in the different parish, Konin, Rychwal and Kosmów (Ceków-Kolonia)

A/ In Konin, I search the name "Niedzwiedz" between 1912 and 1920

B/ In Rychwal, I search the name "Niedzwiecki - Niedzwiedzki" between 1912 and 1920

C/ In Kosmów, I search the marriage record ;
1898 - n° 10 -beetween Marianna Niedzwiedzka and Wincenty Czerminski
1902 - n°07 - beetween Michalina Niedzwiecka and Ignacy Pachulski
1924 - n°09 - beetween Helena Niedzwiecka and Stanislaw Wawrzyniak


Is there a person who moves to the city councils of the cities now ?

Mayor of Konin? You mean the registry office of the City Hall of Konin?

I think I got bad news for you:
The records of marital status, that haven't been transferred to the state archives yet, are under special protection of the law. The officials apply the Data Protection Act. You can get only a specific file that you need, as long as you know the name of your relative, date of birth or death or marriage. Additionally you have to prove your relationship with that person and your legal interest. All evidence must be submitted on paper and in polish language. You're not allowed to search the records yourself and browse the other names that do not belong your family. Only the clerk there has the access to all records. None of the clerks will do the research for you, because it is not the part of their duties.
A stranger person, someone you would like to ask for it, can get you a duplicate/copy of a particular act of birth or death or marriage only on the basis of a written authorization from you. The authorization most likely will have to be confirmed by a lawyer or a notary, because you are not a citizen of Poland. About the details you need to ask in the very registry office of the city. A duplicate of the act and the actions of a notary or a lawyer is paid. However, as I wrote at the beginning, you first need to know exactly what documents you need and to demonstrate the kinship and legal interest.

I gave you those links and suggested you to take a look at the microfilms from Konin on-line at www.szukajwarchiwach.pl , but I forgot that they are written in Russian and you probably can't read it.

So, today I took a look and found 5 birth acts for Niedźwiedż/Niedźwiecki.

The prices in the state archives aren't so expensive, unless you want the clerks there to do the work for you (80 PLN/hr - 20 Euro/hr). But.... maybe there is someone here from Konin who could go to the Konin archives and look for the records/names you need, note the numbers of files, acts, etc. Than you can mail the archives and ask for a photo/photos of specific files by giving the names and numbers etc. Yes, it is also paid - but when I asked for such photo-copies, the archive answered that the cost of one side of each document (the electronical version, not one paper) will cost 2,50 PLN (means about 0,65 Euro) I was kinda shocked that they do not demand more. They can send it to you by mail and you can print it yourself home. I don;t know how it is for foreigners. Bad side is you have to wait for an answer quite long. I have waited for for a simple answer 3 weeks, than I ordered the copies and I'm still waiting (today is 3 weeks, again).

Ofc, I'm talking about the 1892-1902 years.

80 min, (between 1884 and 1892)
they found 5 certificates , they sent it by email

I can try to ask, 1893-1902.....but 44€ again )
