How to find family in Poland

Hello,

I found a post in this forum of a person looking for one of my relatives. I have tried to private message her. I have had no response. She even has a post about a picture of a man in uniform, a woman with photo on her lap, etc. I have the exact same picture! Does anyone have an suggestions on how to find this person? I am sorry, I do not know Polish, so I don't know which sites to look at. I just use the translators online. Here is the link to what she wrote.
