I think I've found the birth certificate of your Zygmunt.
It is in Russian.

It states:
Okrąglik #66
It happened in Zieluń, on the 3rd/ 15th of May 1887 at 1 pm
Jan Truszczyński aged 26, a servant in Okrąglik appeared with witnesses Jan Turka aged 37 and Ludwik Olszewski aged 56, both farmers in Dąbrowice, and showed us a boy, born in Okrąglik on April 30th/ May 12th of this year, at 7 pm, of his wife Antonina born Durzyńska, aged 19. The child was christened on this day and was given the name Zygmunt. His godparents were Jan Turka and Teofila Miniszewska.

I have also found that in 1886 in Lutocin, a Jan Truściński, aged 25, son of Jan and Katarzyna Balińska, married Antonina Durzyńska, aged 18, daughter of Marcin and Ewa Kaźmierczak.

I've found some more information for you.

First of all, Kędzierzyn is a village near Gniezno, and was in Prussia. There were people by the name of Dobrosielski in that area, but the records available online date up to 1870. More records are available at the archdiocesian archives of Poznań that were not digitallized.

Then there is the Truszczyński family of around Zieluń - Lutocin.

- the birth record of Jan Truszczyński, son of Jan and Maryanna Balińska, servants in Dembówka, in Polish, dated 1861, #112.
I think that his mother's first name was changed by mistake, the village and occupations match.
