Salomea-Elżbieta Juszczyk (nee Kulig)

Hello,
I am trying to establish any information about my ancestor:

First name: Salomea
Surname: Juszczyk
de domo: Kulig (Kułuk)
date of birth: about 1881
place of living: Krynica - Słotwiny (Poland)
immigration to the USA: about 1895
died: in 1979
married: in the USA at about 1900

The problem is that after returning to Poland at about 1910-1920 Salomea Juszczyk de domo Kulig (Kułyk) started using first name "Elżbieta" (Elisabeth) without any formal registration or other administrative confirmation of change of her first name from Salomea to Elżbieta.
Furthermore, Salomea-Elżbieta has been deported to the Ukraine after the World War II and went back at about 1946-1950.
