Za tłumaczenie, mogę ewentualnie zarządzać. Ale czytać polską rękopis, muszę przyznać, że jest to zbyt trudne dla mnie.

Est-ce quelqu'un aurait la gentillesse de déchiffrer ces deux actes ?
Pour la traduction, je peux éventuellement me débrouiller. Mais lire le polonais manuscrit, j'avoue que c'est trop difficile pour moi.

Appeared Stanisław Pochwa and Mieczysław Biszewski, both hospital employee and stated that 29 december at 2 PM in the Lublin's Hospital of the John of God died Wanda Andryjaś (...?) immigrant, aged 70, from unknown parrents.
After making sure about the death of Wanda Andryjaś, we sign that act and show it to the witness.
