Szafraniec and Bogucka

Is it possible this may be the death record for my 2nd Great Grandfather, Wojciech Szafraniec from Zabno, Turobin. He was born around 1836. His wife was Elżbieta (Elizabeth) Zuk; his parents would have been Jacek (Jack) Szafraniec and Elzbieta (Elizabeth) Bogucka.

Wojciec Szafraniec died in 1916 (23rd April) in Żabno as 53-years old widower. He was son of Mateusz Szafraniec and Jadwiga nee Koziej.

Indeed its a death record of Wojciech Szafraniec (53 yeras old widower from Żabno, Turobin) but acording to this document he is not a son of Jack (Jacek) but son of Matthew (Mateusz) and Hedwig? (Jadwiga) nee Koziej. What is more Jack (Jacek or Jacenty or Hiacynt are the same name) who has 33 years old is a witness who report the death (maybe of his father?) in 1916 on 23rd of April. The second witness is 29 yeras old John (Jan) Nieczaj also from Żabno, Turobin.
If its true that in 1916 deceased Wojciech Szafraniec has 53 years old he has to born in 1863 and if its true that in 1916 witness Jack Szafraniec has 33 years old he has to born in 1883.

There is Elżbieta's death record (she died in 1877 (8th of January) in Guzówka. She was 37 years old and her parents were Mateusz Żuk and Katarzyna Bonk / Bąk).

I think that this is Wojciech's death record but I'm not 100% sure. He died in 1902 (8th of October) as 68 years old widower. He died in Guzówka, his birthplace is Żabno.
