Well , here you are:
Birth record - Wojciech son of Michał and Salomea nee Wojt(ł)as
Marriage record - Wojciech son of Michal and Salomea nee Sowizdrzał

other Klonowa birth records from this time period:
1837 – Tomasz son of Michał and Salomea nee Kokosza
1844 – Łukasz son of Michał and Salomea nee Ługowski
1839 – Marianna daughter of Michał and Salomea nee Sul Szuba

Were there multiple Michał and Salomea couples? Are these recording errors? Is it a combination of the two?
It will require extra digging to straighten it all out.

Użytkownik barouka chce się dowiedzieć jakie było rodowe nazwisko Salomei, matki Wojciecha Ambrożego, którego metryki urodzenia (1842 #41) i ślubu (1867 #13) z Agnieszką Trela zlokalizował w parafii Klonowa (łódzkie). Problem w tym, że Salomea zapisywana jest w każdym akcie z innym nazwiskiem. Może ktoś lepiej zaznajomiony z tym rejonem pomoże nam ten problem rozjaśnić.

I had already seen the 3 birth records you mentionned, yes it's strange the different names for mother.
I will continue to search.

I am not familiar with the region, but in a few situations I have had same problem, and consider the possibility , that helped in my case:

Salomea from the family XYZ had a mother, whose maiden name was ABC.
After marriage, Salomea had some children, and the proper Salomea's maiden name is XYZ, but, by mistake, ABC was recorded.
So one of the names may be Grandmother's, i. e. Salomea's mother's maiden name, not Salomea's.

This error has happened in my family in different regions and times, so check your names and try to find out if it's your solution, too. Good luck!
