1921 army photo. Please help getting directions to search.

Hello.

I'm in search for any information about my relative.
Name: Michasik Aleksander son of Aleksander.
Birth year: 1897.
Married in 1919 in Równe (western Ukraine).

So I have this photo of him in possibly polish army uniform. There is a number on the back of the photo: "1921", so I presume that year of the photo is 1921. Ignore "53" - it's the number in the private catalog.

Please, help me with directions to search for any other info about my relative.

mlszw, thanks! I wrote a message in Ukrainian and translated it by online translator to Polish, then posted it in the thread you gave me. So there would be many mistakes, but I hope people will understand...
