question on baptism record

Hello,

I was curous about this baptism record because as translated it refers to the child being baptized by saints oils or chrism, but unlike his other brothers and sisters there is no mention of water. Was this an oversight or was it possible to conduct baptism without water?

Baptism ceremony "from water" was proceeded in the case of emergency. f.ex. danger to children life and may to be done by every person.
