I was searching for the birth record of my great-grandfather for a very long time and finally I found it!
But it`s written in polish and unfortunately I don`t speak a word polish
Can anyone please help me to translate the birth record?

I'm afraid that is something even harder to do. It's not in Polish, it's Russian written using Cyrillc. Either way my Cyrrilic is not strong enough to help you. But maybe your search for someone who can help you will be more accurate.
