We are onto something here, just not sure what yet. My 3x Great Grandmother Rozyna Lechelt perhaps (Mother of Michael Lutz born 1837) . Still very confusing - Also the Rozyna Lechelt I am seeking is born approx. 1816.

I am hoping you can help me. One of my great Aunts (Karolina Lutz) came to Canada with two small children, John (6) and Bruno (1)

I found the birth record and you helped me on the translation on Bruno Lutz,

Family I have just found or located, for Little John, states that their Grandfather "John" was the son of Ferdynand Lutz and unknown mother. (where I just assumed Mother to be Karolina with unknown father like Bruno)

I am now searching the 1899 Wiskitki births for any John born to Unknown father. Problem I am having is I have never seen John (maybe Jan) in cyrillic therefor I struggle to know what I am looking for on the Indexes for that year (Jan or John with any Surname) where mother is listed with father unknown.

Can you help?

His birth year may also be 1898 - but family has always known it to be 1899
