help translating polish entry from book

Hello my Genenalodzy friends,


I am looking to have these pages from this Polish language book I found online translated. It seems to be a brief history of one of my ancestral families. The pages are 165-166 about the Radziminski -Frackiewicz family.

Any help translating or summarizing the information about the family would be great. Also the title of the book would be helpful.

I hope my translation will be correct:

Book : Family signs (shields) and knights families in Poland and in Lithuania

Its about the surname Frąckiewicz.Sign Brodzic (herb Brodzic) but its really difficult to translate direct because its old polish language.

Only one home was for Radzyminski family with sign Brodzic in Mazowieckie district and that family was always serve for home country.
First was Kacper Radziminski from Czersk in Mazowieckie district. He was a soldier for a long time in Lithuania and he took from the King "big names"(letters) and he moved to Lithuania. He had a son Franciszek but they called him Frac and from now his family always used name Frackiewicz from Radzymin because they dont want forget about history.
