My ciocia did not have the same last name as my father.
My ciocia, Stanislawa, born 1929 dead 1945, did have the name Gorska, her mothers name. My father born 1931 had the name like his father, Podsedkowski. If my babcia had Stanislawa before the marriage I understand. But my bacia and dziadek were later married. How come Stanislawa still had the name when she died 1945?

Stanislawa - name
Gorska - last name
Like Penelope Cruz, where Cruz is a family name.
So: her name will always be Stanislawa.
Did she have Gorska after mariage? it is possible as she was a child of a single woman. And later, after the mariage, parents kept the name Gorska not Podsedkowski (Podsedkowska)
P.S.
ale dlaczego nie po polsku??

Witam.
Jestem za slaby po Polsku. Urodzilem w Szwecji i mieszkam w Szwecji. Stanislawa was never married, she was only 15 when she died in tbc. When she was born her father and mother were not married, they married afterwards. Her mother had the name Podsedkowska after the marriage but Stanislawa kept the name Gorska.
Theori 1) My dziadek was not the father, but why did he not adopt her?
2) They were to lazy to change the name.

Both are possible
Where did they come from? I mean the city/village/province?
I have similar situation in my family tree near Chocz: my grandfather's older brother have mother's last name but parents got marry and other childrens have father's name.
So maybe that was the rule in regional Civil Registrations?
I didn't see your post and errors in polish. But keep trying
Posts are good enought
regards

Dom dla samotnej matki in 1929 means - mother has no family or her family doesn't want to support her. Not only in working class it was a shame.
I suppose Podsędkowski wasn't the father of Stanisława but you never can be sure...
