Birth certificate year 1919

Hi, I am looking for the birth certificate of my father Bursztyn Chaim Dawid, who was born on 05/01/1919, in Zakroczym, Warsaw. But could have been registered in another year. I sent emails to: apw.grodzisk@warszawa.ap.gov.pl and usc@zakroczym.pl and they informed me that they do not find it. Does anyone know another site where I can find out? There is a very big gap in birth certyficates between 1920 and 1927. WWII or fire or something else resulted in such "hole".
