Hello!

During my genealogy research, I found out, that I am descendant of Semen Bogdanowicz Dworzecki

1.1. Semen Bogdanowicz Dworzecki otrzymał od księcia Kroszyńskiego dobra, w powiecie orszańskim, które to nadanie potwierdził król Zygmunt 1534 [Bon.]

And from other sources from Russian archives I found out, that

Ivan Vasil'evich prince Kroshinskiy ( https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kroszy%C5%84scy ) gave to Semen lands, and in 1554 (not 1534) Zygmunt approved it.

So my question is about Semen and his father Fedor Dworzecki. I am looking for any information about this surname Dworzecki, before 1700 year. s.

Maybe they exist in Poland?
