Werminowicz, Szanowicz - Gmina Falenty (Warszawa)

Hi,
I'm looking for information about my ancestors:
Boleslaw Werminowicz, born in Warsaw in 1873-1883 (son of Albert Jan Werminowicz and Julia Kozlowska) and his wife Maria Szanowicz, born in Kyiv in 1883. They were both catholics and married in Gmina Falenty around 1898-1902 and moved to Pen'kivka village in Podilska Guberniya in Ukraine.

I looked through http://metryki.genealodzy.pl and found some information on Albert Jan and his ancestors, but unfortunately nothing about Boleslaw and Maria.

Could you please help with links, hints where else to look for?

Unfortunately, in Raszyn I couldn't find records of marriage of Boleslaw and Maria (Szanowicz) Werminowicz. But I have a record of the birth of their son Robert in 1903, where it says that his parents are (мещане) from Gmina Falenty. Around 1901-1902 they moved to village Pen'kivka, Podolskaya guberniya, where Boleslaw worked as a master for the landlord Adam Sobanski.

In 1876 Boleslaw's brother - Robert Jan Werminowicz was born in sw. Aleksander, Warsaw. Unfortunately, I don't have any other information about him (marriage, children, death..)

Could you please recommend other sources to look for them?
Warsaw population census, lists of people who received permission to move, etc?

And I'm also looking for their ancestors from Wegrow and Miedzna, in particular:
Wawrzyniec Werminowicz, born ~1805 and his wife Tekla Prokopowicz, born ~1806. I couldn't find digitalized records of this period unfortunately. Could you also recommend where to look for them?
