It happened in the city Wohyń on the 11 May 1866 at 6 p.m.
Appeared orthodox jews, Berek Lichołat, techer*, 62 years old and Srul Dąbiak, groats trader, 48 years old, both living in the city Wohyń and they informed that yesterday at 2 p.m. died Sura Poziomczyk, 1 years and 6 months ol, daughter of Moszek and Syłka, spouses Poziomczyk, born in Wohyń, and living with her parents, shoemakers.
After eye belief about Sula Poziomczyk death this act was read to the declarants and signed by them and us.

It happened in the city Wohyń on 24 October 1866 at 4 p.m. Appeared orthodox jew Chaim Hersz Poziomczyk, flour and groats trader, living in the city Wohyń, 28 years old in the presence of the witnesses: orthodox jews Berek Lichołat, teacher, 62 years old and Srul Dąbiak, groats trader, 48 years old, both living in the city Wohyń and presented us a male child born in Wohyń on the 14th day of the current month and year at 1 p.m. with his wife Syma nee Grync, 25 years old. At the circumcision rite the child was given the name Bendejen.
this act was read to the declarant and witnesses and signed by them and us.
