death act number 27/69 located in Baranowo Registry Office.


It happened in the village Brodowe Łąki on the 31st day of August/13th day of September 1904 at 10 a.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses: Józef Ustach , 29 years old, worker and Franciszek Korda, 23 years old, farmer, both from Kopaczyska there was concluded on this day religious marriage between:

Józef Koziatek, 30 years old, a single man, son of living Tomasz and late Marianna nee Deptuła, spouses Koziatek, merchants???, born and living in Kopaczysk located in Brodowe Łąki parish

and

Katarzyna Gąska, a miss, 18 years old, daughter of late Franciszka Gąska, unmarried, born and living with her uncle in Kopaczyska located in Brodowe Łąki parish.

This marriage was preceded by 3 banns of marriage announced in Brodowe Łąki parish church on: 8/21 August, 15/28 August and 22 August/4 September of the current year.
Bride's family gave permission for this marriage on 27th day of August of the current year.
Newlyweds informed they didnt make premarital agreement.
Religious marriage ceremony performed by Us in Brodowe Łąki parish church.
This act was read aloud to the illiterate newlyweds and witnesses and signed only by Us.

Brodowe Łąki parish church administrator priest signature, serving as Civil Registrar.
