Hi,
My name is Jérome Makala and I'm living in France. I search my family in Poland and in particular my grandfather's brother Jan who lived close to wilkowo polskie (Kluczewo). I was born in 1909 and he has had several children. I think he died around 1980.
My grandfather was Szczepan Makala (1905) and his father named Victor Makala (1868-?) and Stanislawa Matysiak (1869-?). The fisrt one has had 2 sisters named Stanislawa (1899-1953), she has had 3 children (Alos, Flora, Danusia). The second one named Marianna (1902).

I think, that somebody in Gmina, will help you - send letter to Pani Dorota Gorzelniak;

Hi Wladyslaw,
Thank you very much for your answer. About Pani Dorota Gorzelniak, does she speak english because I don't speak polish ?
I would also ask for both birth and death certificates but I don't know the Kluczewo's town hall adress (town council). May I write to the Przemet town hall or Kluczewo ?
Is there somebody on this forum who could help me to translate a french or english letter in polish ?

Jerome,

Gmina Przemet is an administration centre for village Kluczewo. The Head of Gmina Przemet is a Wojt = Pani Dorota.
Probably Gmina's Registry Office will help you, but official letters will be in Polish !!!.
Therefore you should have in France friend, who speaks Polish and will help you.

Send letter in English to Zenon, probably he will find somebody who knows English.

I sent a letter to Pani Dorota Gorzelniak and the answer is the following :

"Odpowiadajac na Pana wniosek z dnia 26.02.2010 r. o wykonanie kserokopii
aktów stanu cywilnego, pragne uprzejmie poinformowac, ze zgodnie z
zaleceniami Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnetrznych i Administracji, które sprawuje
nadzór nad rejestracja stanu cywilnego w Polsce, Urzedy Stanu Cywilnego nie
prowadza poszukiwan aktów stanu cywilnego dla celów genealogicznych.
Stanowisko to zostalo wyrazone na oficjalnej stronie ministerstwa:
www.mswia.gov.pl.
Jednoczesnie chce dodac, ze zgodnie z art. 79 ustawy z dnia 29.09.1986 r,
prawo o aktach stanu cywilnego (Dz.U. z 2004 r. nr 161, poz. 1688, ze zm.) z
ksiag stanu cywilnego wydaje sie:
a) odpisy zupelne i skrócone aktów stanu cywilnego,
b) zaswiadczenia o dokonanych w ksiegach stanu cywilnego wypisach lub o ich
brakach,
c) zaswiadczenia o zaginieciu lub zniszczeniu ksiag stanu cywilnego.
W zwiazku z powyzszym Kierownik Urzedu Stanu Cywilnego w Przemecie nie
