would like to ask wat are the limits (in years) in Poland for obtaining birth, marriage and death records in state Archives?

The limits:1808-1910 (-in this year, that mean archieves makes available records after hundred years) and you can search in Central Archives of Historical Records in Warsaw ; http://www.agad.archiwa.gov.pl
Sometimes you can find in state archives a bit elder records.
Most of state (all?) archives has www. in English version too.
Yuonger documents than hundred years you can get in every office of gmina.
The office name is Urzad Stanu Cywilnego.
