It happened in Płoniawy on the 24th day of August/5th day of September 1875 at 12 o'clock at noon. Appeared in person: Jan Kubacz, day labour worker, 30 years old living in Kamionka in the presence of Aleksander Mosakowski, 26 years old and Andrzej Bobiński, 38 years old, both partial owners living in Bobin and presented Us a female child born in Kamionka on 21st day of August/2nd day of September at 5 a.m. with his legal wife Katarzyna nee Dębek, 37 years old.
At The Holy Baptism held today by the priest Edward Gumowski, Płoniawy parish vicar, the child was given the name Rozalia and the godparents were: Antoni Ulejewski and Agnieszka Dębek.
This act was read to the declarant and witnesses, all illiterate and signed by Us.
