Mikołaj Klonowski, digger from the village of Piączyn, 40 yrs old, and Franciszek Żukowski, farm worker from the village of Krzykosy, 28 yrs old, arrived and stated that on the 10th of the current month and year at 6 pm, in the village Krzykosy died Michał Klosowski, married, farm worker 70 yrs old, resident of the village of Krzykosy, the son of deceased parents from Jusiowy, current status and place of birth unknown to the above witnesses; the deceased left behind his widowed wife Józefa nee Jakóbowna Klonowska. As the witnesses are illiterate, the the act is signed by Jan Trojanowski, the priest of Łętów parish responsible for maintaining the Civil Records.

Sorry about the mistake for Jozefa (Jakubiak) Klonowska. Also for Michal is Jusiowy a town or village if so were is it located. Again thanks for the translation.

Act # 26, Krzykosy. This took place in the village of Łętów, 19 August 1865, at 1 pm. Witnesses Franciszek Żukowski, labourer, 31 yrs old, and Tomasz Miłoszewki, labourer from the village of Zaborów, 37 yrs old, declared that on the 18th of the current month and year, in the village of Krzykosy, at 3 am, Józefa Klonowska passed away, widow of Michał Klonowski, 60 yrs old, born in the village of Worowice and currently living with her son in law in the village of Krzykosy, daughter of deceased father Jakub, and mother whose first and maiden names are unknown to the witnesses, Jakubiak, land tenants. Confirming the death of Jozefa Klonowska, this act was read to the witnesses, who are both sons in law of the deceased, and, as the witnesses Franciszek Żukowski and Tomasz Miłoszewki are illiterate, was signed only by us, Jan Trojanowski, the parish priest of Łętów responsible for maintaining the Civil Records.
