Hello, I am Jane Ossowicki and I am living in Sweden. I am looking for the parents of Bartholomaeus (Bartlomiej) Ossowicki who died in 1845 about 40 years old. I do find his death record in genealodzy.pl but I have no connection from him to his family. Bartholomaeus was my grandfather's grandfather's father. I click the links and there is only some info about a library in Pielplin, more or less. Is that a library which I need to visit to find out more or what and is there any info about Barthoomaeus family there at the library? http://www.biblioteka.diecezja-pelplin.pl/ I know he had half siblings in his mother's second marriage but I have no info about the first marriage though except for the marriage record. I think he had siblings since somebody told me that once and he was 9 years old when his father died so logically/probably there are more children. The mother was Victoria Dobek who was later remarried to Michael Lazarek after Bartholomaeus death. I have heard that the mormon churches have physical copies and lots of filmed info and I might get what I need if I contact them I guess. Is this correct? l hop someone can help.
