Civil registers for Suraż (1898) in Grodno guberniya

My grandfather lived in Suraż in Bialystok county of the Grodno guberniya. His internal Russian passport (1898) listed him as being No. 348 in civil registry family roster or посемейный список.
Does anyone know where to find this Register.

Scanned copies of the baptism register for the Roman Catholic parish of Suraż for the years 1886-1909 can be found here: https://szukajwarchiwach.pl/4/998/0/-#tabJednostki There are only 85 baptisms for 1898 so it shouldn't take too long to search through the entries.

Can you give me your grandfather's name and his father's name? If they lived in Suraz- not in nearby villages like Zimnochy Susly or Zimnochy Swiechy I could give you more information about this family.
