Olszewo. Franciszka Koskowa. In the year 1824, day 21 of February, 7am.
In front of us, Deputy Rector of Chamsk parish, Registrar of Chamsk Community, Mława County, Płockie Voivodeship appeared Tomasz Kosek, age 70, husband of the deceased and Woyciech Kosek, age 40, son of the deceased, both peasants* living in Olszewo, and testified that on the 19th of this month, 6pm, in the house number 29 died Franciszka, aged 50, wife of the above mentioned Tomasz Kosek. This Act has been read to the appearing and signed by us as the witnesses cannot write.

In front of us, Vicar of Chamsk parish, Acting Registrar of Chamsk Community, Mława County, Płockie Voivodeship appeared farmers Woyciech Kosek, age 40, nephew of the deceased and Józef Kosek, age 30, son of the deceased, both peasants of Olszewo, and testified that yesterday, 2pm, in the house number 25 died Tomasz Kosek, aged 70, widower after late Franciszka Gręda, son of Szymon Kosek and Apolonia Rama, the host in place of his fathers in Olszewo**
