Could someone please help translate death record from Polish to English? Any info that is important or interesting please. Does it say if she died in childbirth?

It seems that there is no information about the cause of death.

Main information:
died Katarzyna Jedrasik (or Jedras) nee Dabrowska, daughter of Wojciech and Anna, 30 years old. Her husband: Grzegorz, 40 years old.

Given that at 7am on 15/27 September Grzegorz registered the birth of Stanisław the previous night (record #139), and then at 2pm on the same day he registered the death of his wife Katarzyna (record #141), you would have to say that she probably died as a result of complications due to childbirth.
