Appeared Andrzej Westfal, clothier, living in Zgierz, 35 years old, in the presence of: Franciszek Gąsiorowski and Mikołaj Pudłowski, both of age, towmnsmans who live in Zgierz, and presented a male child, bornin Zgierz, on on January 13th/25th of the current year, at 4 p.m., of his legal wife Ludwika nee Kautz, 34 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, the child was given the name karol.
Godparents: Franciszek Gąsiorowski and Konstancja Pudłoska.
