Help with vital records

Hello everybody!

In the Geneteka database I've found three vital records I'd like to have scans of. I've searched around but couldn't find any of them online, so before I'll order them at the archives I'd like to make sure and ask at the forum. Maybe I've searched badly and some of you could help me find them online?

And please help me - the first vital record - at wich achive exactly do I order it?

OK, now I know that the third vital record on my list is a child. Merci!

Regarding the other two, I've tried "Szukaj w Archiwach", but can't find any vital records of Brochów or Wyszków. Am I right and ain't they scanned?

Archiwum Parafialne of which city can I order the first vital record?

"archiwum parafialne" means - document is in parish

"Archiwum Diecezjalne w Płocku 09-400 Płock, ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 9b"

I understand that this document is in the parich archive - but of which city? In Brochow I didn't find any!
