Please help me find the original sources of these six mentioned documents.

Ok, on the page 188 of the viewer (corresponds with page 116 of the book) are so many abbreviations that are not explained in the book. Could you please help and decipher the data and meaning of them?

Kolejno: Księga grodzka grabowiecka, fond 66. strona 162.
Proponuję Ci zamówić w AP Lublin z podanej powyżej pozycji:

Jedyny minus jaki może wystąpić, to możesz nie określić dokładnie dokładnej daty zapisu. Może on być bezpośrednio przed tym zapisem, albo kilka spraw wcześniej.
Grodzkie warszawskie - sprawa j.w.
Natomiast grodzkie halickie (1512-1784) - do sprawdzenia w CDIAL Lwów (fond nr 5).

In Archiwum Diecezjalne Płock they have a birth register only = no birth cerificates in latin.

Traslation:

Mikołaj from Glinojeck and Guntek alias Świetosław from Glinojeck and from Ślepkowo were the sons of Jan. Children of their father ’s brodher were Mikołaj, Sadek, Andrzej and Piotr Charzyński. Charzyńskis and Glinojeckis are then related. Guntek's daughters were Dorota, Jadwiga, Małgorzata and Piechna. Guntek was the owner of Ślepkowo, Gołków and co-owner of Blichy, also had the rights to Szczytno.
