It happened in Łomża on April 3rd, 1917 at 1.00 pm. Appeared Karol Brak, age 46, a worker and August Wopatka, age 60, sacristan, both residents in Kolno, and stated that on April 1st of this year at 8 am in Nikosowizna, Ferdynand Brak, a miller, age 84 born in Mikołajewice, East Prussia, permanent resident of Czerwone municipality in the Kolneński district, son of deceased Ferdynand Brak, Sr. and his also deceased wife of a name unknown to witneses had died. This act was read aloud to the declarants and signed by us only as they are illiterate.


adnotation: He left a widowed wife Gotliba born Danielczyk.
