1. Death on June 19, 1891

Marianna, widow of her deceased husband, Joanne Kos (smallpox), born Strama.
43 years old, cause of death: asthma.
2. Marianna KOS from Brzozowka
That happened in the village of Korzkiew on March 19, 1849, at 12 noon.
Mr. Jan Kos (50 years old) a peasant from Brzozówka, in the presence of Wojciech Walczak, a peasant, aged 40, and Wawrzyniec Machnik, a miller from Korzkiew, aged 50.
And he showed us a female child, stating that he was born in the village of Brzezowka at number 13, on March 17, at 6 p.m., to his legal wife, Regina (28 years old) born Walczak.
The child was baptized that day and given the name Maryjanna, and his godparents were: Wojciech Walczak and Ewa Machnik, both Catholics.
This act was read to the declarant and illiterate witnesses.
