It took place in the city of Łomża on the 11th / 24th day of June 1914, at 10:00 am. Karol Brak, 40 years of age, a miller living in Kolno, and Karol Stefani, 36 years of age, a farmer living in Mały Płock, appeared and stated that yesterday at 9:00 pm, Emilia Reinhardt née Brak, 70 years of age, living in Karcz, died here in Karcz, [who was] born in the village of Heda [?] in Prussia, daughter of Ferdynand and Zuzanna nee Zagiewka [or Zagewka], deceased spouses Brak, leaving a widowed husband, Jakub Reinhardt.
