Help to read 200 years old doc in Polish

Hi Guys,

I've found some documents written by my Great-Great-...-Grandfather more than 200 years ago, however i don't speak polish and defenetely can't read handwritten text. I guess it's kind of proof of Szlachtskwo of Jacov Radizantowski.

Could you please help me with undestanding following scans?

Yeah, Also assumed that it can be Latin language. But in second documens a defenetely see "1735 Roku". Isn't it polish?

Pierwszy dokument po łacinie jest to oblata przywileju króla Augusta III dla Jana Radziątkowskiego na urząd miecznika [ensifer] krasnostawskiego z 19.09.1735 roku.
Reszta dokumentów jest po polsku.

trzeba zwiększyć kontrast i powiększyć i wtedy można będzie cokolwiek odczytać

first parts look to be in latin and the rest looks to be in polish. although im no expert.
