Good night for everybody!
I'm looking for my grandfather Rajkowski Alojzy, 1921 or his family, relatives.
He is Pole and I don't know where he lives (if he's alive now). I know that before the II World War he lived somewhere near the German border, and he has 2 younger brothers and mother. He was taken away on work by German soldiers in Feildkirkh and Rankveil'(Austria) in 1942. I'm seeking for help to find any information about him...and advice where can I start my search.
My grandmother was his love and she returned home being pregnant...
In August 1945 he wished to stay in the USSR together with her. They didn’t allow him to get in the USSR and on border his traces were lost.
It is not known where after parting he came and the place of boundary item is not known too.
Probably he returned in Poland.
And can you help me about geography of Poland? I know that here is in use some special names (or titles) for regions. How Poles name this region?Near the Germany?
As you see, I'm his grandaughter.My name is Sveta, I'm from Ukraine, 34 years old. I know English, Ukrainian, Greek but unfortunately I don't know Polish. PLEASE, GIVE ME THE HAND IN THIS SEARCH!!!!
