I am looking for help finding a relative. I have reached a dead end, and would be very grateful for any help you can provide.

Date of birth:
UK records say ‘around 1924’. A potential match on the Arolsen Archive says 18.12.23. A relative thought earlier (1915), but was unsure.

Other details:
We know he was in Ingolstadt Germany in 1946, Trani Italy in 1946, and Manchester England 1947. We assume this was because he was a displaced person.

We believe he had a brother called Titus (sp?), and may have had other siblings too.
