Looking for records and information for Stepniak/Durmaj

Hello,

I am looking for infomation about my great grandparents Mateusz Stepniak (born 1862) and Apolonia Durmaj (born 1874). Their children were all born after 1898. They lived in Brzeziny and the children were all registered and baptised in Slubice (Jamno). I have not been able to find any information about their marriage or births.

Simply looking through the scanned records in the surrounding parishes we find:

the 23 December 1872 birth record of Apolonia Durmaj (to parents Szczepan and Józefa nee Krakowian) in the parish of Sanniki – record #143 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... 27&lang=en

and the 30 June 1891 marriage record of Mateusz Stępień vel Stępniak (parents Jakub and Magdalena nee Kiciak) and Apolonia Durmaj (parents Szczepan and Józefa nee Krakowian) in the parish of Sanniki – record #21 https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/en/ ... i=25133485

From the very specific details contained in the marriage record it states that Mateusz was 31 years old and born in the village of Lipińskie parish of Gąbin. Then using these details we simply go to the scanned records from the parish of Gąbin and find his 4 January 1860 birth record #4: https://www.szukajwarchiwach.gov.pl/en/ ... i=35129167
