Niewiadom Górny, 3th of October 1926.
The following persons appeared today before the undersigned civil registrar to be married:
1. village worker Urban Baszczok, single, catholic, born 25th of may 1905 in Szymocice, Raciborskie county, living in
Szymocice. Son of deceased master hunter/tailor(?hard to read) Józef Boszczuk and his alive wife Julianna
(maiden name) Szarla (Scharla) recently living in Szymocice.
2. unmarried Marja Kocyan, court worker, catholic, born 21st of June 1905 in Niewiadom Górny, living in Niewiadom Górny.
Daughter of unmarried worker Franciszka Kocyan living in Niewiadom Górny.

They were called as witnesses and appeared:
3. manor farmhand Franciszek Prokop, 40 years old, living in Niewiadom Górny
4. miner Józef Klinik(?). 30 years old, living in Radoszowy Wielki
The civil registrar asked each of the engaged couple individually and in turn whether they wished to enter into
a marriage. When the engaged couple responded affirmatively, the civil registrar ruled that, under the Civil Code,
they were now legally conjoined spouses.
Village worker Urban Baszczuk declares that the child born out of marriage to Marja Kocyan, his name is Józef Franciszek Kocyan, born on May 19, 1925, Birth Register Number 88/1925 in Radoszowy,
is his own and acknowledges his paternity.
