I would like to request a translation to english for the document pertaining to polish nobility

The reference page is #61 or #107 (in pencil). On my downloaded copy it is page 216 of 611.

This is a Heraldry document; town of Rostki or Warsaw; the date is 1841; the surname is Jozef Chrzanowski, I believe his father is Maciej Chrzanowski.

I hope I did this correctly. Thank you so much for any help.

Translation below (page 216):


After examining the evidence submitted by Your Grace on January 3/15 of the current year, it is declared that, before Your Grace can request any further explanations, you must first fully clarify your descent from Marcin Chrzanowski, Burgrave of the Warsaw Castle Court. Therefore, Your Grace is required to send the burial records of your father and grandfather, that is, of Wawrzyniec and Maciej Chrzanowski.

Done at the session of the Heraldic Office in Warsaw on January 10/22, 1841.
