Locations of adresses on WAST-file Urban Baszczok

Hello everyone,

Could someone help me with the adresses on page 1 and 4 of Urban Baszczok's WAST-file (both are in red color)?
What are the modern day locations of the German places in Poland (with the exception of Toszek and Szymocice)?
Could someone also tell me what the word next to Maria says? It does not look like her surname Kocyan/Kocjan inherited from her mother during birth.

The red is
Falkenhain / Oberhof the most probable place is in Germany in Thüringen.
Maybe the widow emigrated to Germany ?
second is Gut Berghof, Schönwaldau

Gut means Estate so it could be a property called Berghof near Schönwaldau - > old maps
The POB is as you said

The at the begining and end of WAST file says also Ratibor / Schlesien
Member or members received confirmation of the German citizenship so the person lives in Germany most probably

Marie Szniczek widowed Baszczok
Szniczek does not look like a valid name in Poland.
But in this context it looks more like the name after the second husband

The best place to consult it would be AGOFF or a German forum or a German group on FB.
