My grandfather, Chaskiel Hauser, requested to issue a passport during 1946 with the help of the CKZP (Jewish committee in Krakow).
From their archive I've managed to find his letter asking about when it's ready and an answer from them that it was sent to M.S.Z.
After that I've managed to get the passport scan from USA immigration file.
What I'm trying to find is the application form itself sent by CKZP to M.S.Z. if I'm not mistaken, the last image shows the passport was issued in Warsaw. Do you know if this application went through any Krakow office? Should i search in Krakow or Warsaw and in which archive?
