Looking for info on Hochberg / Knot families from Węgrów and Sokołów Podlaski – 1824 Marriage

I am researching the Hochberg and Knot families from Węgrów and Sokołów Podlaski, Poland. I have found a marriage record from 1824 that provides detailed family information, but I have hit a brick wall trying to find any other records (births, deaths, or siblings) for these parents.

Here are the exact details from the 1824 marriage record:

Groom: Chaim Berkowicz HOCHBERG (21 years old, single, living in Węgrów with his parents).
Groom's Parents: Berek Mośkowicz (Hochberg) and Małka Peysa Michlowna (daughter of Michel). They were merchants residing in Węgrów and were alive in 1824.

Bride: Szprynca Joelowna (daughter of Joel) vel KNOT (18 years old, virgin, living in Sokołów Podlaski as a day-laborer).
Bride's Parents: The late Joel Szlamowicz (stated to have died long ago) and Szeyna née Nochimowicz (alive and living with the bride in Sokołów).

Given the early date (1824), surnames were not yet fully fixed in these towns, and the record heavily uses patronymics (e.g., Berkowicz, Joelowna). I have been unable to find death records for Berek and Małka Peysa Hochberg in Węgrów, or for Szeyna Knot in Sokołów.

Does anyone have experience tracking families in Węgrów or Sokołów Podlaski during the 1820s–1840s? Could they be indexed under entirely different patronymics or variants (like Mośkowicz or Szlamowicz) without the surnames Hochberg/Knot? Any advice or database leads would be deeply appreciated.
