years missing from Kalembina Skanoteka scan 1845-1861

Greetings all,
I'm trying to find out what happened to the years 1845-1861 from the church books scanned on Skanoteka for Kalembina. As you can see here (https://skanoteka.genealodzy.pl/index.p ... &zoom=1.58), the page goes from 1844 (titled at top) with some 1845 then the next image is for 1862. Do the years 1845-1861 not exist? From the image, it doesn't appear that any pages were removed. Anyone have any information re: those years?
