There are few places in Poland including word "Warta", but you family origin is Warta [ˈvarta] (German: Liebwart; Yiddish: Dvart) - the town in Sieradz County, Lodz Voivodeship, Poland, with 3,392 inhabitants (2004). It is situated on the Warta River.

Surname ANGULSKI
Your family name according to me derives from Polish language and word "Aniol" (an angel) noted in Poland from 1691, from this branch other names are: Angiol, Angiolek, Angel, Angeluk, etc.
Surname location according to Polish 2002 census: http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/wzgledny/angulski.html - They were only 65 Poles surnamed Angulski, and possibly all are close or distant relatives.
