Earlier Wiskitki was a little town but now it is only a colony. After a confiscation of a large eclasistical estates (a decree of government of Prussia from 1796) all new owners were under an obligation to settle those lands down. A magnate Feliks Łubieński get into possession of Guzów in 1797. He immigrated 300 settlers to Guzów over several years beginning since 1797. The most of them were farmers of Lutheran religion. A parish in Wiskitki was set up in 1805.
