Bardzo o sprawdzenie w wyszukiwarkach ancestry mojego pradziadka Wawrzyńca Zalewskiego syna Antoniego i Barbary z Dutczaków,mąż Józefy z Marciniaków. Urodził się w roku 1878 w Boniewie wtedy Rosja. W 1910 wypłynął z Hamburga do Nowego Yorku (miejsce docelowe Philadelphia).Do Ellis Island dopłynął 5.03.1910. Nie wiem jak długo przebywał w stanach.

Bardzo proszę o "obrazki", gdyż mam nadzieję, pozwolą mi one na wyjaśnienie pewnych spraw.

Dot. rodziny Katarzyny zd. Gonet, siostry mojego dziadka Józefa, córki Andrzeja/Jędrzeja Goneta i Julianny Bachman, która statkiem RHEIN przybyła w dniu 01.08.1907 do NY, z zamiarem udania się do New Bedford, Bristol, Mass. do szwagra Josepha Kirklewskiego (to jest informacja z ELLIS ISLAND, sprawdzona i wiarygodna).
Dnia 08.11.1913 odbył się jej ślub w Fall River, Mass. z Antonim Trubak (błąd w nazwisku, powinno być Turbak) ur. w 1893 r., synem Michała i Anny Wojtowicz . Wiem już na pewno , że mieli 2 dzieci - Czesław vel Chester ur. 13.10.1915 w New Bedford - zm. 27.01.1996 Lompoc, Santa Barbara, California oraz Emil [Turbak] Cobb ur. 1914.09.05 New Bedford, Mass. - zm. 1990.09.06 Taunton, Mass.
